Keith, a doctoral graduate in Malaysia with particular focus on health economics, is an adaptable leader with at least 14 years experience across health funding, retail banking, business development and human capital management. His versatility has afforded him an opportunity to turn around institutions to financial growth and demonstrable knowledge of regional expansion projects.

He is a Certified International Professional Strategist (CIPS) and a Certified International Professional Leader (CIPL) by Cambridge Global Learning (UK). He holds a Master of Commerce in Strategic Management and Corporate Governance, Bsc (Hons) Human Resource Management, Diploma in Labour Relations, Executive Certificate in Treasury Management and Management Development Program (UZ).

Keith has served on the Association of Health Funders of Zimbabwe board where he chaired the Tariffs Committee as well as the Lobbying & Academic Committee. With the experience of managing public funds attained as a Principal Officer in one of the major health funders, Keith also served as a Director for Fidelity Life Medical Services Company and Fidelity Health Botswana. He is a certified 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems Auditor.
